Deel is seeking an AI Security Specialist to lead security for AI-powered systems and ML infrastructure across the global platform.

You will define security standards for AI adoption, work with cross-functional teams to implement robust controls, and ensure compliance with SOC 2 II and ISO 27001. The role blends defensive security with enabling safe internal AI use and scalable AI security across the product ecosystem.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience defining AI security standards and strategy.
• Experience leading threat modeling for AI/ML systems and LLMs.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls and audits.

Mansioni

• Define, implement, and maintain AI security strategy across Deel's infrastructure and product ecosystem
• Lead security assessments and threat modeling for AI/ML models and AI tools
• Evaluate AISPM and AIDR solutions
• Secure MCP server deployments with authentication, data flow controls, and risk assessments
• Own security review for internal AI tool adoption with guardrails
• Develop and enforce policies for safe use of AI tools
• Plan penetration testing engagements targeting AI environments
• Design DLP controls for AI environments
• Collaborate with SOC and IR to build AI-specific detection rules
