Zusammenfassung

SDG Group is seeking AI Engineers with 1–3 years of AI/ML experience to join the AI & ML Engineering team in a dynamic, international environment. You will work across Fashion & Luxury, Utilities, Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare, with exposure to Generative AI and production-grade ML systems.

You will develop end-to-end AI solutions, scale them in the cloud, and collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy models into live environments.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related).
• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with Git, virtual environments, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of core ML concepts (regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction) or Generative AI experience (LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering).
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and proficiency in English; interview will test language skills.

• Cloud Mastery: work with AWS, GCP, Azure and platforms like Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI.
• Strategic Insight & Communication: translate data into actionable business insights for clients.
• Collaborative Deployment: work with Data Engineers to integrate models into live systems.
