Job summary

Ayvens, a leading name in sustainable mobility, is seeking a motivated intern to support operational activities after contract closure. You will assist in monitoring vehicle movements, learn end-of-lease damage processes, and interface with logistics to ensure timely, accurate updates.

Your role will involve document handling, key management, and supporting inspections to improve efficiency and data integrity across the end-of-contract workflow.

Qualifications

• Degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics or scientific subjects.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility and dynamism.

Responsibilities

• Support daily verifications of vehicles to be transported from surrender point to compounds.
• Collaborate with the logistics team.
• Support monitoring end-of-transport closing dates for accuracy with supplier arrival.
• Learn vehicle restoration processes (documentation, spare keys; vehicles returned from theft; expired inspections; disinstalling logos).
• Assist colleagues managing inspections, analyzing time from end of contract to ready-to-sell date.
• Support monitoring end-of-lease damage charges.
• Check passive invoices related to processes in the area.
