What the Role Entails

• Focus on the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the organization's operations and ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Manage risks and drive projects to achieve specific goals through cross‑organizational collaboration, establishment or optimization of organizational structure, process systems, platform tools, measurement systems, and other methods.

Who We Look For

• Location: Italy

Pay: €9.62 to €19.23 per hour (based on the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the trade sector). Actual pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Employees may be eligible for a sign‑on payment, relocation package, variable payment, and restricted stock units, evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
