EY is seeking an Addetto Payroll to join the People Advisory Services – Global Payroll team in Italy, supporting payroll and personnel administration for multinational clients. Location options include Milan, Turin, and Rome, with a hybrid work model and international collaboration.

You will process monthly and annual payrolls, maintain data accuracy, and use Zucchetti under mentorship. The role offers training, career progression, and exposure to global payroll practices.

Competenze

• Minimum one year of experience in payroll administration, either in commercial studies or corporate HR.
• Good knowledge of current payroll regulations and contributions.
• Proficiency in main national collective labour agreements (CCNL).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent relational and communication skills.
• Team‑work attitude and problem‑solving ability.

About the Role

Addetto Payroll at EY supports the People Advisory Services (PAS) – Global Payroll – managing payroll and personnel administration for medium and large multinational clients.

Location

Milan, Turin, Rome.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly and annual payroll, gradually gaining autonomy in main tasks.
• Collate and maintain administrative personnel data for national and international clients, developing a complete view of payroll processes.
• Operate Zucchetti system for operational tasks and controls, with mentorship from senior colleagues.
• Help prepare reports, verifications, and reconciliations, turning data and deadlines into concrete client solutions.
• Gradually build client relationships and coordinate activities, joining an international specialized team.

Compensation

Salary range €29.5K‑€36K, based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria. The employment is governed by the Commerce CCNL and will be aligned with experience and profile.
