This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the health and readiness of those who serve our country, in a rewarding overseas assignment with exceptional support benefits.

This position is well-suited for dental hygiene professionals who are mission-driven, adaptable, and eager to be part of a collaborative military dental team abroad.

What You’ll Do
Preventive & Periodontal Care

Who You Are
  • You are thorough, patient-focused, and able to deliver quality preventive care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • You are adaptable and excited by the prospect of working in an overseas military treatment facility setting.
  • You may be a military spouse, veteran, or someone who values purpose-driven work and the unique opportunities of OCONUS employment.
Qualifications
Education
  • Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree from a dental hygiene program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA).
Licensure
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a Dental Hygienist.
Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in dental hygiene within the past three (3) years.
Language Proficiency
  • Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
Certifications & Credentials
  • Radiography certification.
  • Local anesthesia certification from an ADA CERP-approved course.
  • Current AHA-approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Why You’ll Love It Here
  • OCONUS adventure — live and work in Germany with access to U.S. military installation benefits and the richness of European culture.
  • Fully equipped clinics — all facilities, instruments, supplies, and personal protective equipment furnished by the U.S. Government.
  • Stable, full-time role — 1,912 annual hours with consistent scheduling and no malpractice insurance burden.
  • Team-driven mission — be part of a dental team committed to the oral health and combat readiness of U.S. Army service members and families.
