LOEWE is seeking a VM Manager for Italy & Central Europe based in Milan. You will lead the execution and delivery of visual merchandising across the region, ensuring stores follow LOEWE visual standards and seasonal guidelines. Frequent travel across Italy, Germany, Austria, and broader Europe is expected.

You will report to the Head of VM for Europe and collaborate with Retail, Merchandising and Marketing to communicate VM strategy, train store teams and drive regional VM projects.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years in Visual Merchandising, preferably luxury fashion.
• Experience with Ready-to-Wear and Accessories is required.
• Excellent eye for composition, colour, and presentation in premium retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across regions and functions.

Mansioni

• Manage VM execution for Italy and Central Europe; ensure stores align with LOEWE visual direction and standards.
• Report to Head of VM for Europe; coordinate with Retail, Merchandising, and Marketing.
• Develop relationships with the retail network; spend time in stores to maintain LOEWE standards.
• Coordinate bi‑weekly product rotations and weekly remote store walkthroughs across the region.
