Job summary

Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Lodi seeks a skilled Supplier Quality professional with a strong background in PPAP and supplier assessments to help ensure world-class quality and compliance across our supplier base.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including buyers, Q&OX, HSE, R&D, and suppliers to drive improvements while traveling to supplier sites in Italy and Europe.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in supplier quality management and audits.
• PPAP knowledge and supplier qualification processes.
• Understanding procurement and supply chain in manufacturing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality activities and ensure compliance with supplier code of conduct.
• Execute PPAP, supplier assessments, and audits as required.
• Drive issue resolution with suppliers and internal quality teams.
• Travel to supplier sites across Italy/Europe to drive quality improvements.
• Support engineering and procurement in setting up new delivery and test instructions.
