Job summary

ZOLL Medical Italia srl in Italy seeks a Regional Manager to oversee LifeVest operations across the southern territory, bridging the company HQ and local branches. The role focuses on driving regional sales, ensuring performance, and aligning with cardiology, emergency, resuscitative and ICU settings.

You will set regional goals, monitor performance, lead teams, resolve escalated issues, and travel frequently to support partners and customers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience.
• Prior experience in medical sector preferred, cardiology.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is obligatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor performance and report on metrics.
• Oversee regional operations to meet revenues and sales targets.
• Coordinate with territory managers and agents and resolve issues.
• Set standards and objectives for different areas.
