ZOLL Medical Italia S.r.l. in Lombardy seeks a Clinical Application Specialist to train patients on LifeVest, deliver clinical information to healthcare centers through in-hospital meetings organized by the sales team, and promote the device while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

The role requires fluent English and Italian, an assertive, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to travel frequently; you will support and train new staff, provide technical assistance, and help

• Based in Lombardy region with willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Train patients on the proper use of the LifeVest device.
• Deliver clinical information to healthcare centers through in-hospital meetings organized by the sales team.
• Promote the benefits of LifeVest, maintain relationships with existing customers, and advise new clients.
• Keep medical staff up to date on the latest clinical evidence in preparation for conference presentations.
• Support and train new staff members (internal and external), issuing user certifications.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the sales team, including handling backup tasks as needed.
• Offer technical assistance and, when required, replace device components at patients’ homes.
• Retrieve discontinued materials from patients at hospital facilities after use.
