Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager for Bari and Puglia to lead engagement with regional healthcare stakeholders, KOLs, and payors. The role involves developing strategies aligned with CSL Seqirus objectives, supporting tender activities, and driving regional growth in a dynamic biotech environment.

Applicants should have 5+ years in pharma/healthcare, strong market knowledge in Italy, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of Italian pharmaceutical market, healthcare environment and regulations.
• Experience in key account management, stakeholder engagement, market access, tender management or regional healthcare relationships.
• Experience translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional key accounts and engage with healthcare stakeholders.
• Promote products, support tender participation and drive business development to meet regional sales targets.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Public Affairs to execute aligned strategies.
• Monitor regional policy, procurement and market developments and share insights.
• Prepare briefing materials and communications for diverse audiences.
