Job summary

CSL Seqirus is seeking a regional account leader in Italy to manage regional key accounts and engage with healthcare stakeholders to raise awareness of vaccines. You will work with agencies, payors, hospitals, and KOLs to support stakeholder engagement and tender activities, contributing to sustainable regional growth.

You will collaborate across Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Public Affairs to execute aligned commercial strategies, influence policy, and share market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of Italian pharmaceutical market, healthcare environment and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with regional key accounts, KOLs and healthcare stakeholders.
• Understand account needs and craft strategies aligned with CSL Seqirus objectives.
• Promote products, support tender participation and drive business development to meet regional sales targets.
• Monitor regional policy, procurement and market developments and share insights.
