A leading student housing company is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for Southern EU to oversee Health, Safety & Environmental compliance across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The role involves developing HSE strategies, managing audits, and ensuring compliance with legislation and ISO standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and fluency in Italian and English. Frequent travel across the region is required, and the position is full-time.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in H&S roles within PBSA, residential property, or hospitality.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong understanding of fire safety and building compliance.

• Define and deliver the Southern EU HSE strategy and objectives.
• Lead the development of HSE policies and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor, analyse, and report HSE performance metrics.
