Copeland LP is seeking a Laboratory Technician (Refrigeration) to join the Innovation Lab in Belluno, Italy. The role focuses on preparing, executing, and validating functional tests for electronic controllers used in commercial refrigeration systems, both on prototypes and market-ready products.

You will analyze documentation, plan test procedures, prepare test benches, and monitor data to support product development and improve performance and quality.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in electronics or electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of refrigeration cycle principles and components.
• Experience with measurement instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Analyze technical documentation and identify resources for test execution.
• Define and plan test procedures and test plans.
• Prepare test benches with wiring setup and instrumentation.
• Execute functional and performance tests and validation on controllers.
• Monitor, collect and analyze test data; prepare detailed reports.
• Support product development and system tuning; calibrate lab equipment.
• Handle laboratory documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
