Copeland in Belluno, Italy, is seeking a Laboratory Technician (Refrigeration) to join the Innovation Lab. You will perform functional and performance testing on electronic controllers used in commercial refrigeration systems, preparing test benches, executing tests, and validating products before market release.

The role involves analyzing data, reporting results, and supporting product development with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Competenze

• Knowledge of refrigeration cycle principles and key components.
• Understanding of commercial refrigeration applications.
• Experience with measurement instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and ability to operate on electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics for controllers and applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Analyze technical documentation and identify resources required for test execution.
• Define and plan test procedures and test plans.
• Prepare test benches and setup, including wiring modifications and instrument installation.
• Execute functional and performance tests and validation on controllers in real systems.

• Support product development, prototyping, and system tuning activities.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; manage lab documentation.
