Copeland Belluno, Italy, seeks a testing-focused professional to join our global HVACR tech team. You will define and verify product requirements, create and execute tests for software and hardware, and help automate test environments to improve quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and contribute to product improvements, working in a dynamic, engineering-driven environment.

Competenze

• Technical degree in electronics, CS, automation engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium or similar solutions.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Basic coding knowledge or software development concepts.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the definition and review of product requirements and features with Product Management and stakeholders.
• Define, document, and verify product use cases and functional requirements.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional testing activities for software and hardware components.
• Define and manage laboratory test setups for product validation and verification.
• Identify product improvement opportunities and provide feedback to Engineering and Product Management teams.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated testing solutions and test environments.
• Collaborate with global teams to investigate issues and improve product performance.
• Support CI processes and increase test automation.
• Provide advanced technical support and product expertise for complex customer issues.
• Prepare test documentation, validation reports, and defect analysis records.
