Copeland Controls Srl seeks a Laboratory Technician (Refrigeration) to support the Innovation Lab in testing electronic controllers for commercial refrigeration systems. You will prepare, execute, and validate tests on prototypes and market-ready products, focusing on performance and quality.

You will analyze documentation, plan procedures, assemble test benches, collect data, and report results while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and international teams.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in electronics or electrical engineering, with hands-on experience preferred.
• Experience in thermodynamics/refrigeration is a plus.
• Basic English proficiency is acceptable.

• Analyze technical documentation and plan test resources.
• Define and implement test procedures and test plans.
• Prepare test benches with wiring and instrumentation.
• Execute functional and performance tests on electronic controllers.
