Wonderful Education srl is seeking a part-time Recruiter to manage FEM-related hiring processes. You will screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with internal managers to select top candidates. You will craft job adverts aligned with FEM's identity and lead direct sourcing efforts.

You will collaborate with the HR Manager and area managers to define roles, responsibilities, and criteria, while maintaining candidate communications and documentation in a compliant manner.

Competenze

• At least 5-7 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from requirements to onboarding.

Future Education Modena ( https://fem.digital/ ) is an international EdTech center, created to innovate education, training, and bring learning into the 21st century. It has a team of 60 people, a network of over 200 collaborators, and a network of national and international partners. It is organized into 10 strategic areas of educational R&D, has trained over 120,000 people and impacted over 1.5 million students in the last 4 years through 300 original formats, is launching 4 EdTech startups and incubating 6 more. It organized and manages the Learning More Festival, the first festival dedicated to the frontiers of the field. Learning . • Contract Part-time, preferably in agile format (collaboration or VAT number) for project-based or ongoing collaboration.
• Presence and hybrid work: possibility of full-remote work, but we will tend to give priority to people who can easily reach the workplace.

• Contribute to the management of FEM's and associated organizations' recruiting processes, from identifying requirements to hiring the selected candidate;
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent selection processes with internal managers;
• Maintain relationships and communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a clear, respectful experience consistent with the organization's culture;
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager, Management, and area managers to define roles, responsibilities, required skills, and placement priorities;
• Write and publish job advertisements consistent with FEM's identity, values, and positioning;
• Identify and activate the most effective search channels, carrying out direct sourcing activities and building a qualified pool of potential candidates;
• Collaborate in the management and updating of personnel documentation, data, and operational tools.

Must Have

• At least 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support, preferably for dynamic, growing organizations;
• Experience in managing the entire selection process: profile definition, job posting, active search, screening, interviews, and final selection support;
• Ability to understand and seek out heterogeneous profiles, both specialist (disciplinary experts, trainers) and structural and managerial, translating the needs of area managers into clear selection criteria;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with precision and attention to confidentiality;
• Autonomy in simultaneously managing multiple selections, deadlines and interlocutors;
• Familiarity with digital tools for recruiting, candidate management, and HR process monitoring, preferably AI tools.

• Degree in Occupational Psychology, Human Resources, Organization, Management or related disciplines;
• Experience in recruiting profiles related to innovation, technology, design, research, and training;
• Experience in employer branding, onboarding, and organizational development activities;
• Knowledge of tools and methods for assessing skills and potential;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Interest in learning, technological and organizational innovation, human capital supply chain innovation, and people development.
