Wonderful Education srl is seeking a part-time Recruiter to manage FEM-related hiring processes. You will screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with internal managers to select top candidates. You will craft job adverts aligned with FEM's identity and lead direct sourcing efforts.

You will collaborate with the HR Manager and area managers to define roles, responsibilities, and criteria, while maintaining candidate communications and documentation in a compliant manner.

Competenze

• At least 5-7 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support.
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from requirements to onboarding.

• Contribute to FEM's recruiting processes from requirements to hiring.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with internal managers.
• Maintain relationships with candidates ensuring a respectful experience.
• Collaborate with HR Manager and area managers to define roles and criteria.
