Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group is seeking a Real Estate Business Analyst Intern to join the global offices real estate portfolio management. You will contribute to lease renewals, relocations, sales or acquisitions, and support project planning with strong analytical skills.

You will build relationships with Global Business Units and Real Estate to become a trusted advisor, analyze business cases with local teams, and align projects with the group strategy.

Qualifications

• Educational background in economics, management, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deliverables.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Your role

We are looking for a Real Estate Business Analyst Intern who will be part of the management of the company's global offices real estate portfolio, the intern will work on real estate projects such as lease renewals, relocations, sales, or acquisitions of the group's properties.

This role requires strong analytical abilities and excellent real estate project management skills.

The selected candidate will need to develop positive working relationships with functional partners across Global Business Units and Real Estate functions to foster a collaborative working environment with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor.

Main requirements

• Educational Background in Economics, Management, Engineering or equivalent
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a track record of execution against deliverables
• Sound judgment and independent decision-making are required
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly
• Attention to detail and time-project management skills
• Flexibility and openness to change
• Proficient in Excel
