EssilorLuxottica seeks Group Finance Controlling Interns to support the controlling model and processes for better decision making. You will assist in planning (monthly, quarterly, yearly), KPI tracking, and variance analysis, collaborating with top management.

Responsibilities include reporting development, performance metrics, business partnering, risk/opportunity identification, and ensuring accurate regional financial statements in line with corporate policies.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in complex situations.
• Good organizational and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and time, project-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Mansioni

• Participate, support, and coordinate the implementation of reporting (e.g., Weekly Sales Report, P&L monthly closing).
• Develop and monitor business performance metrics (e.g., Avg. Ticket, Traffic, Conversion Rate).
• Serve as a business partner, providing ad hoc analyses or reporting.

Your role:

We are looking for Group Finance Controlling Interns who will support and improve the controlling model and processes to enable better decision making through constructive challenge and support to the business. Main responsibilities are: planning (by month, quarter, year), KPIs and variance analysis, monthly business review with top managers

Main responsibilities:

• Participate, supports, coordinates the implementation of the reporting (such as Weekly Sales Report, P&L monthly closing, etc...).
• Support the improvement and establishment of controlling systems, developing and monitoring business performance metrics (such as Avg. Ticket, Traffic, Conversion Rate, etc...).
• Act as business partner, providing also ad hoc analysis or reporting.
• Proactively identify communicate Risk & Opportunities and mitigation plans.
• Ensures that regional financial statements are accurate, complete and in accordance with corporate requirements, corporate policies and industry practices
• Implements short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
• Provides insightful budget information to the Business Leaders to assist in controlling costs and in understanding the financial consequences of every potential course of action
• Provides substantial support to the periodic country performance reporting and appraisal processes by performing financial analysis, and providing consolidated quality local business decision making materials, to enable effective decision-making and allowing timely interventions by the Top Management

Main requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting, Engineering and equivalent
