Epassi is seeking a React / React Native Developer to enhance its corporate welfare products. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Your role will include building and maintaining web and mobile applications, managing app distributions, and ensuring code quality. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and is proficient with GitHub.

Your Mission

As a React / React Native Developer at Eudaimon (part of the Epassi Group), you will contribute to the continuous development of corporate welfare products. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance both mobile and desktop solutions used by thousands of employees.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and maintain Web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Drive the full development lifecycle including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Manage app builds and distribution using Expo EAS for Android and iOS.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and testing strategies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Monitor application performance and optimize for scalability and user experience.
