Within the Shoes Product Development Office in Fermo, the candidate will lead materials research for leather and fabrics, aligning stylistic and production needs.
The role requires 5+ years in fashion, strong knowledge of materials and production processes, and excellent communication. Italian and English fluency is essential, with a proactive approach to trend research.
The position is located in Fermo. Within the Shoes Product Development Office, the candidate will follow all the activities related to the materials research (Leather, Fabrics), considering both stylistic and production needs.

For new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position is EUR 44.000 .
This is only the initial annual gross salary granted to this position. This figure has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and reflects the starting salary normally applicable to the position at the time of publication of this job posting.
This role is also eligible for bonuses, subject to Fendi's discretion and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.

This position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Calzature Industria) applicable to the role and applied by Fendi in Italy.
