Ericsson GmbH in Rome is seeking a motivated Build Solution Consultant Intern focused on Radio Access Networks (RAN) to support design, preparation and delivery of technology solutions for complex network projects. You will gain exposure to pre-sales and field delivery as you learn how radio, 5G, energy systems and IP connectivity come together in real customer environments.

The role offers hands-on learning in a global tech leader with an office-based setup in Rome and a monthly stipend plus

Competenze

• Ongoing or recently completed degree in engineering, telecoms, CS or IT
• Interest in telecommunications, IT systems and network integration
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities
• Willingness to travel for project or field activities
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Mansioni

• Prepare technical inputs, documentation and materials for customer opportunities, including RAN, 5G and system integration solutions
• Support site engineering activities, including analysis of technical requirements, site information and implementation needs for radio sites and special coverage solutions
• Contribute to site solution preparation and technical documentation, with exposure to radio design, energy systems and IP connectivity
• Support implementation management activities, including follow-up on timelines, open points and delivery actions
• Gain exposure to field and delivery activities, learning how solutions are implemented, tested and supported in real customer networks
• Work closely with experienced colleagues to translate customer needs into practical, implementable solutions
