Ericsson in Rome is seeking a motivated Build Solution Consultant Intern focused on Radio Access Networks (RAN) to join the team. You will support experts in design, preparation and delivery of technology solutions for complex network projects, spanning 5G and mission critical scenarios.

You will learn end-to-end processes from pre-sales to field delivery, through hands-on site engineering, documentation and implementation management, while developing practical understanding of network solutions.

Competenze

• Ongoing or recently completed degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, CS or related field.
• Strong interest in telecommunications, IT systems, networks, system integration and technology solutions.
• Willingness to learn, travel if required and work in a dynamic technical environment.
• English proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Mansioni

• Prepare technical inputs and materials for customer opportunities, including RAN, 5G and system integration solutions.
• Support site engineering activities and analyze technical requirements for radio sites and deployment needs.
• Contribute to site solution preparation and technical documentation.
• Assist with implementation management activities and delivery follow-up.
• Gain exposure to field delivery, testing and customer support in real projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
