Ericsson GmbH in Rome is seeking a Build Solution Intern focused on Radio Access Networks (RAN), 5G and mission-critical scenarios. You will support experienced colleagues in preparing technical inputs, documenting solutions and assisting with site engineering and delivery activities.

This internship offers a platform to learn how network solutions are built, tested and delivered in real customer environments, with a strong practical emphasis and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed university degree in engineering or IT field.
• Strong interest in telecommunications and network technologies.
• Fluent English; good communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• As a Build Solution Intern, support preparation of inputs, documentation and materials for opportunities, including RAN, 5G and system integration solutions.
• Assist site engineering activities, analyze requirements, site information and implementation needs for radio sites and coverage solutions.
• Contribute to site solution preparation and technical documentation, with exposure to radio design, energy systems and IP connectivity.
• Support implementation management activities, tracking timelines, open points and delivery actions.
• Gain exposure to field and delivery activities, learning how solutions are implemented, tested and supported in real customer networks.
