Alstom in Italy is seeking a full-time onsite Installation Supervisor in Roma to lead engineering installation activities and ensure adherence to the Project Installation Management Plan.

You will supervise on-site activities, ensure health and safety compliance, coordinate with engineering, test & commissioning and manage subcontractors to meet project timelines.

The role emphasizes field readiness and strong communication, with a focus on delivering quality installations and safe operations.

Competenze

• Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of railway signaling systems and their installation.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations and compliance in an engineering environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan and schedule complex activities.
• Availability to work on field for major part of the work-time (90%).
