Sécheron Hasler Italia is seeking an Electronics HW PCB Designer to join its dynamic hardware development team. You will collaborate with the R&D Hardware Manager to design and develop electronic railway devices, focusing on PCB design and integration with mechanical components.

The role involves creating PCBs, maintaining libraries, and coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams. English proficiency and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential for success.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in electronics or degree in electronic engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in electronic hardware design.
• Familiar with IPC standards and drawing conventions.
• Proficiency with PCB layout or schematic entry tools (OrCAD, Mentor, Altium).
• Strong English communication skills and solid IT skills.

Mansioni

• Design PCBs per internal guidelines and hardware requirements (DFM/DFT).
• Create PCBA layouts and coordinate with hardware team and suppliers.
• Maintain and update electronic component library per procedures.
• Coordinate with mechanical teams for integration of electronic and mechanical components.
• Prepare electrical schematics and PCBA documentation.
