Sécheron Hasler Group in Pioltello near Milan seeks a Mechanical R&D Engineer to design and validate electrical/mechanical systems for railway applications. You’ll perform FEA, optimize welded/bolted joints, and contribute to safety and reliability across product lines.

We require a Master in mechanical engineering, 5+ years of industrial experience, strong CAD skills, and project management ability. English required; French beneficial.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience.
• Experience with FE simulation for mechanical validation.
• Strong 3D CAD knowledge (SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, Creo).
• Project management experience.
• Energy/storage/railway standards knowledge a plus.

Mansioni

• Design and construction of electrical system/products and project-based solutions.
• Perform finite element analyses to aid and optimize design and validation of new products.
• Provide technology innovations and high product reliability.
• Maintain design databases to trace and reproduce apparatuses.
• Ensure advanced technology in mechanical & electrical products.
• Validate all mechanical & electrical design for the group.
