Hitachi Rail Sts S.p.a. is seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to organize and manage a Turin-based construction site.

The role requires coordinating contractors, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and overseeing materials, personnel, and progress across Italy. Ideal candidates have proven site supervision experience in rail or infrastructure, knowledge of safety regulations, and willingness to travel nationally.

Competenze

• Proven experience supervising sites, ideally in signalling or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08).
• Experience managing contractors and subcontractors on complex sites.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specs.
• Willingness to travel nationally for assignments.

Mansioni

• Plan and organize site setup, workflows, and scheduling; manage equipment and reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safe, compliant execution.
• Enforce safety plans and act as liaison with the Safety Coordinator.
• Oversee technical and contractual management and supplier relationships.
• Ensure quality and environmental compliance across activities.
• Manage resources and equipment; resolve issues to prevent delays.
• Authorize monthly progress statements and certify work progress.
