Alpinestars, located in Asolo, Italy, is seeking a Footwear Racing Pattern Maker Assistant to join the Racing Footwear Department. You will collaborate with the Footwear Racing Pattern Maker, developers, and designers to follow and deliver projects for internal Racing production.

Responsibilities include developing digital patterns, preparing cutting/assembly patterns, and reviewing products for defects, ensuring documentation flows to Production, drafting data sheets, and verifying fit and

Competenze

• Footwear pattern making background required.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar position (tech footwear preferred).
• Strong English communication skills in an English-speaking environment.

Mansioni

• Assist in developing and preparing digital patterns for racing footwear collections.
• Support pattern verification against design specs and measurements.
• Coordinate information for internal Racing Production team and draft technical data sheets.
• Help ensure correct fit, comfort, and functionality of final products.
