LELIT, leader italiano di macchine per caffè e sistemi di stiratura, cerca un RD Senior Project Manager per guidare lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti e le modifiche a quelli esistenti.

Riporterai all’RD Manager e coordinerai team multifunzionali, assicurando tempi, costi e obiettivi. Si richiede laurea in Ingegneria e almeno 4 anni di esperienza in PM in contesti manifatturieri, con fluente italiano e buon inglese.

• Laurea in Ingegneria o titolo equivalente.
• Almeno 4 anni di esperienza come Project Manager nello sviluppo prodotto.
• Esperienza in aziende manifatturiere.

Mansioni

• Gestire progetti di sviluppo prodotto, incluse modifiche a prodotti esistenti.
• Coordinare team interfunzionali tra Ingegneria, Qualità, Supply Chain, Prodotto e Laboratorio.
• Pianificare e monitorare le attività con diagrammi di Gantt dettagliati.
• Lavorare con il RD Manager per definire priorità e fornire aggiornamenti sullo stato del progetto.
• Garantire il rispetto di tempi, costi e milestones del progetto.
• Identificare rischi di progetto e proporre azioni correttive.

The Role

There is a new opportunity within our Innovation team: we are looking for an RD Senior Project Manager who, reporting to the RD Manager, will be responsible for managing new product development projects and changes to existing products, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring that project timelines, costs and objectives are met.

The person will also be responsible for coordinating a team of 3 people dedicated to the management of technical master data and the creation of documentation to support production and the Care department, ensuring the quality, consistency and timely availability of information.

The person we are looking for will:

• manage product development projects, including new product development and changes to existing products;
• coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product and Laboratory;
• plan and monitor project activities by creating and managing detailed Gantt charts;
• work closely with the RD Manager to define priorities and provide project status updates;
• ensure that project timelines, costs and milestones are met;
• monitor projectrisks, identify critical issues and propose corrective actions to support development decisions;
• liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to oversee project progress;
• actively contribute to new product development by bringing technical expertise and problem‑solving skills;
• work with the functions involved to define tasks, operational responsibilities and areas of intervention;
• coordinate the team responsible for technical master data management, setting priorities, workloads and deadlines, and ensuring that product information is correctly created, maintained and updated in company systems;
• oversee the creation, update and release of technical documentation for Production, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency with product changes;
• contribute to the continuous improvement of product development and engineering change management processes.

You are the right fit if you have:

• technical background: Degree in Engineering, preferably Management, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent education;
• at least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in Product Development;
• proven experience in managing structured projects;
• experience gained in manufacturing companies;
• fluent knowledge of Italian (C1);
• good knowledge of English, used in international professional contexts;
• leadership, communication and management skills for both direct and cross‑functional teams;
• excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.

Skills that would be considered a plus:

• knowledge of ERP/PLM/PDM systems or tools for managing technical product data;
• experience in defining or improving processes, document flows and operating standards;
• experience in coordinating activities related to bills of materials, routings, product coding, production documentation or technical release.
