Evoca Group is a world-leading producer of professional coffee and vending machines. We seek a dynamic Product Manager to join our Marketing Team and own product strategy from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with Sales and R&D, translate market insights into compelling product requirements, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful launches. The role requires a degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics, 4+ years as a B2B Product Manager, and fluency in Italian

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent in business/engineering.
• 4+ years of experience as a B2B Product Manager.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.

Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers — serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our Marketing Team.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Market and Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify new business opportunities, leveraging insights gathered through subsidiary visits, international trade fairs, industry events, customers, and local sales teams
• Product Development & Specification: Lead the development of new products and product variations in collaboration with the Sales Team, defining product specifications and business cases while ensuring efficient execution from concept to final approval
• Collaboration with R&D: Partner closely with R&D by providing strategic direction, product requirements, and priorities, ensuring market needs are translated into timely and effective product solutions
• Product Launch & Post-Launch Activities: Coordinate successful product launches across all relevant functions and monitor post-launch performance, collecting feedback and implementing improvements where needed
• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for product-related activities and feedback, fostering collaboration between departments throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Collaborative Marketing Support: Support the Communication & Marketing teams in developing sales and promotional materials, contributing to the successful positioning and launch of products

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:

• Degree in Management Engineering or Business Economics
• At least 4 years of previous experience as a B2B Product Manager
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills are required
• Fluent in Italian and English

Nice to have:

• Experience within the coffee machine industry
