LELIT is an Italian company designing and manufacturing high-performance coffee machines and ironing systems for domestic use. We are seeking an R&D Senior Project Manager to lead new product development projects and coordinate cross-functional teams within the Innovation unit.

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will manage timelines, costs and milestones, supervise a small team for technical master data and documentation, and drive continuous improvement across engineering change processes.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical or Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in Product Development
• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Fluent Italian (C1)
• Good English for international contexts
• Leadership and cross-functional team management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Mansioni

• Manage product development projects, including new product development and changes to existing products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Product and Laboratory.
• Plan and monitor project activities with detailed Gantt charts.
• Define priorities and provide project status updates with the R&D Manager.
• Ensure timelines, costs and milestones are met.
• Monitor risks and propose corrective actions for development decisions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to oversee progress.
• Contribute to new product development with technical expertise and problem-solving.
• Coordinate the team for technical master data management and documentation.
• Oversee creation, update and release of technical production documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development and engineering change processes.
