HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. is seeking an R&D Project Manager to lead next‑generation high‑voltage products from concept to market. You will coordinate international teams across R&D, engineering, testing and manufacturing, ensuring cost, quality and timely delivery in a structured development environment.

The role requires a Master’s in a related field, 3+ years of project management experience in electromechanical or HV equipment, and fluency in English and Italian. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical or industrial engineering.
• 3+ years in technical project management in electromechanical or HV equipment.
• Familiar with structured development processes and tools (CAD, FEM, PLM, ERP).
• Strong communication and leadership; English and Italian fluent.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end new product development for two product lines from concept to market.
• Coordinate international cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, testing and manufacturing.
• Ensure cost, quality and time-to-market excellence with structured development methods.
• Oversee design validation and type testing for high‑voltage insulation systems.
• Serve as project stakeholder liaison and ensure timely updates and alignment.
• Document lessons learned and drive knowledge transfer to operations.
