FAAC Technologies, a global leader in access automation, is seeking a Project Manager at its Bologna HQ. You will lead cross-functional product development projects, drive Obeya collaboration, and deliver on time, cost and quality targets within Lean frameworks.

You will manage budgets, engage stakeholders, and report to senior leadership, while promoting continuous improvement and international travel when required. The role offers permanent employment and a generous compensation package.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical or Management)
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams within a cross-functional and international environment
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, preferably within product development and/or industrial manufacturing environments
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies; PMP certification is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple functions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages will be considered as a plus
• Availability to travel internationally when required

Mansioni

• Lead assigned product development projects, ensuring targets related to time-to-market, product cost, CAPEX/OPEX and overall business objectives are met
• Define, develop and maintain integrated project plans with cross-functional scope and milestones
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely decisions
• Monitor execution and KPIs with Obeya visuals and digital tools for visibility of progress and risks
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and resources with cost control
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, driving corrective actions
• Coordinate all stakeholders in product development including Obeya and cross-functional contributors
• Ensure compliance with governance, processes and documentation standards
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and support portfolio planning and AOP
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing best practices and capturing lessons learned
