FAAC Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to join its Headquarters in Zola Predosa (Bologna). You will lead product development projects, driving time-to-market, cost efficiency and alignment across cross-functional teams within the Obeya environment.

The role requires a engineering degree and 5–10 years of PM experience in product development or manufacturing, with PMP being a plus. English fluency and willingness to travel internationally are essential.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical or Management).
5–10 years of project management experience in product development/manufacturing.
PMP certification is highly desirable.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to travel internationally.

Mansioni

Lead assigned product development projects with targets on time-to-market, cost, CAPEX/OPEX.
Define and maintain integrated project plans across scopes and milestones.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams and foster collaboration.
Manage internal and external stakeholders with effective communication.
Monitor progress using KPIs, Obeya governance, and digital tools.
Manage budgets, forecasts and resources.
Identify risks and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate all stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
Ensure governance and proper archiving of technical documentation.
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and support portfolio planning.
Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
