FAAC Technologies, headquartered near Bologna, is seeking a Project Manager to join its Headquarters in Zola Predosa (Bologna).

You will lead product development projects, manage integrated plans, and drive cross-functional collaboration, reporting to senior leadership on status and risks.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 5–10 years PM experience, PMP desirability, English fluency, and willingness to travel internationally. Permanent contract with strong benefits.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in project management.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Lead assigned product development projects, ensuring targets related to time-to-market, cost, CAPEX/OPEX and business objectives.
• Define, develop and maintain integrated project plans, coordinating scope, milestones, deliverables and resources.
• Lead and engage multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Manage stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely decisions.
• Monitor execution and risks via KPIs, Obeya visuals and digital tools.
