FAAC Technologies in Bologna is seeking a Project Manager to join its HQ and lead the Obeya-driven product development portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, ensure governance and timely reporting to senior leadership, while fostering continuous improvement in Lean Thinking.

The role offers a permanent contract with a competitive gross salary and benefits. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are required; PMP certification is desirable.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of project management experience in product development or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional product development projects to meet time-to-market, cost and business targets.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Manage stakeholders; ensure clear communication and timely decisions.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and Obeya visual management; ensure visibility of risks and opportunities.
