GBfoods in Italy is seeking a recent graduate to join our R&D team as an intern, contributing to innovative projects in food science. You will support research, development and industrialization activities on national and international projects.

Key activities include developing laboratory-scale prototypes of fortified matrices, supporting scale-up and trials, presenting results, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating with internal and external laboratories to meet milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Develop laboratory-scale prototypes of fortified food matrices.
• Support prototype scale-up and participate in industrial trials.
• Present project results in internal and external forums and meetings.
• Support project reporting activities, including budget tracking, KPI monitoring and project documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external laboratories to design and manage product shelf-life studies.
• Design and carry out finished product stability studies.
• Organize and manage sensory evaluation and tasting sessions.
• Coordinate with partner companies and research centers to ensure project milestones and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the team in research, product development and industrialization activities, contributing to national and international projects.

Main activities include:

• Developing laboratory-scale prototypes of fortified food matrices.
• Supporting prototype scale-up and participating in industrial trials.
• Presenting project results in internal and external forums and meetings.
• Supporting project reporting activities, including budget tracking, KPI monitoring and project documentation.
