GBfoods in Italy is seeking a recent graduate to join our R&D team as an intern, contributing to innovative projects in food science. You will support research, development and industrialization activities on national and international projects.

Key activities include developing laboratory-scale prototypes of fortified matrices, supporting scale-up and trials, presenting results, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating with internal and external laboratories to meet milestones.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the team in research, product development and industrialization activities, contributing to national and international projects.

Main activities include:

• Developing laboratory-scale prototypes of fortified food matrices.
