GBfoods is seeking a motivated graduate for an R&D internship to contribute to national and international food innovation projects. You will help develop fortified food prototypes, assist with scale-up and trials, and support reporting and collaborative studies across laboratories and partner centers.

You will participate in sensory sessions, shelf-life analyses, and product stability work while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to meet project milestones.

Competenze

• Recent graduate with interest in food innovation and developing hands-on experience in R&D.

Mansioni

• Develop laboratory-scale prototypes of fortified food matrices.
• Support prototype scale-up and industrial trials.
• Present project results in internal and external forums and meetings.
• Assist in project reporting, budget tracking, KPI monitoring and documentation.
• Collaborate with laboratories to plan shelf-life studies and stability tests.
• Organize sensory evaluation and tasting sessions.
• Coordinate with partners to meet milestones and timelines.
