Adecco Italia is seeking a motivated candidate to join its R&D team as an R&D Engineering – Intern in Lombardy. You will support the tutor, develop a deep understanding of tire manufacturing, and contribute to KPI reports derived from manufacturing data.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an Engineering or Physics degree, with a keen interest in manufacturing, and basic CAD/Python skills alongside strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Competenze

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Physics or a related technical field.
• Interest in manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic CAD and Python skills are a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the tutor in R&D activities and projects.
• Produce reports highlighting KPIs from tire manufacturing data.
• Assist with technical documentation, certifications and test results.

Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join a global leader company in the tyre industry as R&D Engineering – Intern.

The candidate will work within the R&D team and he/she will support his/her tutor in the following activities:

• Deep understanding of the individual components and their critical aspects in the manufacturing of tires.
• Producing reports to summarize the main KPIs starting from the data collected throughout the manufacturing process of tires.
• Understanding and supporting the team about technical documentations, legal certifications and testing results.

• Degree in Engineering, Physics or similar technical topics.
• Interest in manufacturing
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office. Basic skills in CAD and Python are appreciated
