NovaTaste Austria GmbH is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to oversee strategic purchasing in Europe, focused on cost optimization and supplier development. You will manage supplier relationships, implement global agreements locally, and ensure quality and service levels across the group’s food manufacturing network.

Ideal candidates bring multi-year purchasing experience in food production, SAP proficiency, and strong negotiation skills, supported by fluent Italian and high-level

Competenze

• Degree in business/engineering field.
• Several years of purchasing experience in food manufacturing.
• SAP experience and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Italian and very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Team-oriented, independent, structured and reliable work style.
• Reporting line to Head of Procurement Europe.
• Occasional travel for supplier visits/audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ongoing procurement market analyses and monitoring of relevant indices
• Local implementation of global agreements/contracts
• Preparation of price forecasts
• Independent identification and implementation of cost reductions
• Negotiating and concluding framework and cooperation agreements
• Ensuring and monitoring a reliable purchasing process for the responsible goods while guaranteeing price, availability, quality and service level
• Establishment, support and further development of suppliers
• Harmonization of materials and suppliers within the Group's sites
• Interface between internal partners and suppliers in new product development
• Create and update master data (supplier- and material specific)Create and update master data (supplier- and material specific)

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Industrial Engineering
• Several years of experience in purchasing within the food manufacturing industry
• SAP experience, good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent Italian and very good command of English/ technical English, written and spoken
• Team-oriented, independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Reporting Line: to the Head of Procurement Europe
• Travel: Occasional travel as part of supplier visits and/or audits, or between the group's affiliates.
