NovaTaste in Parma, IT is looking for an R&D Application Specialist (m/f/d) to lead pilot plant activities, oversee equipment maintenance, and plan application trials in collaboration with projects and customers.

You will evaluate raw materials, support production optimization, and participate in trainings and workshops. Fluency in Italian and English, plus teamwork and strong communication, are essential.

Competenze

• Diploma in Food Science and Technology or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in a food company (R&D or OPS). Meat industry experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Positive approach, strong team spirit, open minded, good communication skills.
• Occupational health services and mental health support through nilo.health.

Mansioni

• Pilot plant maintenance and implementation of new equipment.
• Planning and realization of application trials at pilot plant, supporting projects and customers’ needs.
• Raw materials evaluation/harmonization.
• Active participation in training/workshop.
• Support to production for optimization and implementation of new formulas.
• Close collaboration with Quality/Production/Local Purchasing/CS.
• Controlling R&D Budget by tracking and categorizing expenses related to product development trials, training initiatives, technical seminars.
• Support integration activities.
