Alpitronic, based in Bolzano, Italy, seeks a Software Scrum Master to coordinate tasks within the R&D team and promote agile practices across engineering projects.

You will monitor timelines, manage resource allocation, align with team leads on priorities, and ensure activities align with budget constraints while facilitating Scrum ceremonies to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
• Proven experience as SW Scrum Master in a tech engineering company.
• Strong embedded SW background.
• Strong planning and task management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile framework; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Very good command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage.
