Job summary

Thales Alenia Space in Turin seeks a Quality System Management Engineer to drive process improvements and ensure QMS compliance.

You will manage the Chorus Management System, lead Process Owners, organize Change Control Boards, and support the Quality Director with roadmaps and reviews. You will publish KPI dashboards monthly and coordinate standards purchases, working in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management, configuration management or audits.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build networks and work effectively in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Chorus Management System within Thales Alenia Space.
• Lead the network of Process Owners and coordinate with them to improve processes.
• Organize Change Control Boards to validate process evolutions.
• Ensure the compliance of processes and documented information with laws, regulations and standards.
• Assist the Quality Director in preparing the Management Review and roadmaps for all processes.
• Publish the Company Dashboard monthly with all key performance indicators.
• Serve as the Quality Management System correspondent for the Turin site.
• Support the Standardization manager in the purchase of standards and norms.
• Participate in internal audits with a focus on the Turin site.
