Thales Alenia Space in Turin seeks a Quality System Management Engineer to drive process improvements and ensure QMS compliance.

You will manage the Chorus Management System, lead Process Owners, organize Change Control Boards, and support the Quality Director with roadmaps and reviews. You will publish KPI dashboards monthly and coordinate standards purchases, working in a multinational environment.

• Experience in quality management, configuration management or audits.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build networks and work effectively in an international environment.
