ABB in Italy is seeking a Quality professional to support deployment of the quality strategy within a local unit. You will monitor quality KPIs, perform RCA, and collaborate with R&D and Engineering on new launches, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a degree in engineering or technical field, 2+ years in manufacturing quality, and fluency in English and Italian. On-site work with flexible compensation and benefits is offered.

Competenze

  • Degree in Engineering or technical field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality-related roles in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving tools.

Mansioni

  • Monitor Quality KPIs, including non-conformities and customer complaints, with data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve issues and drive corrective/preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on new product launches and design/process changes.
  • Support Quality Assurance in updating internal procedures to ensure standards compliance.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits, supervising verification activities.
  • Promote Risk-Based Thinking and drive continuous improvement of quality processes.
  • Define and monitor product and process quality requirements during development and production.
