ABB in Genova is seeking a Quality Manager to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local unit involved in nuclear projects, with a focus on quality culture, systems, and compliant teams. Hybrid work model and collaboration across engineering, PM, and manufacturing are expected.

You will drive QMS improvements, audits, data analysis, and training to sustain world-class performance while ensuring industry regulations are met. Italian and English communication skills are required.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably Nuclear, Automation, or Mechanical.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing methodologies, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments (nuclear, energy, automation, or process industries).
  • Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent Italian and English communication.
