Randstad Inhouse Milano seeks a Quality Operations Specialist to establish and refine quality management systems across marketing, sales, and delivery in a Rome-based team. You will analyze process efficiency, identify risk, and support strategic goals through data-driven insights.

The role requires trilingual fluency in English, Italian, and Chinese, plus one year in sales ops or data analysis and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. CRM experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Verbal and written fluency in English, Italian, and Chinese (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations, KPI management or data analysis.
• Experience leading multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM knowledge is a plus.

We are looking for a Quality Operations Specialist to join the Rome‑based team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, refining, and monitoring quality management systems across marketing, sales, and delivery operations. You will analyze process efficiency, mitigate operational risks, and support strategic goal execution through data‑driven insight.

Location: Milan
Contract: Agency worker – via Randstad Italia SpA
Salary: €27,000 - €35,000 gross/year (commensurate with experience)
Language requirement: Trilingual fluency in English, Italian, and Chinese is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Management & Process Improvement: Establish and continuously enhance quality management systems and operational mechanisms. Embed quality standards directly into business processes to drive end‑to‑end continuous improvement across sales, marketing, and delivery.
• Operational & Risk Analysis: Conduct integrated operational analysis using processes, business regulations, and operational sandboxes. Identify efficiency bottlenecks, quality gaps, and compliance risks to streamline workflows and boost overall process efficiency.
• Operational Support & Goal Execution: Monitor daily operational activities and utilize platform data analysis to support the execution, tracking, and successful landing of domain‑level strategic goals.

Requirements

• Trilingual Communication: Verbal and written fluency in English, Italian, and Chinese (mandatory) to align cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Data‑Driven Analytical Rigor: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations, KPI management, or data analysis, with a strong ability to translate complex project metrics into actionable insights and risk mitigation plans.
• Operational Leadership & Agility: Demonstrated track record of managing multiple high‑priority projects in fast‑paced environments while maintaining strict attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Prior experience with CRM platforms, project tracking software, or quality management tools is a strong plus.
